What are the ways by which you can minimize the effect of brain-harming due to watching series on a marathon


According to researches, the brain is capable of generating new brain cells. The process helps to continue the communication between other brain cells and it is known as ‘neurogenesis’. If you workout or exercise daily, your brain will be able to maintain this process perfectly.
You can try to go for a walk in your neighborhood before you start to ‘watchseries’ online.
Have friends over
If you are used to doing binge-watching daily for a minimum of 6 hours, your brain will develop many conditions for you. For example- you will be isolated from the world, you will feel depressed, lonely, and empty too (when the series will be over).
You can do one thing to avoid these conditions. You can ask your friends to come over to your house before or after the show. We recommend you ask them before, as you will have the company to enjoy the series with.
Healthy snacks and foods
While watching a show in a marathon, you may develop a habit of having junk foods. To avoid that, try eating healthy vegetables, snacks, fruits, etc.
