Steps we can take to prevent check frauds

·         Keep your checks in a secure or safe location.
·         Regularly check your transactions through online or telephone banking.
·         Review your monthly bank statement or If you close your account, shared any unused checks.

In a fake or fraud check scam, a person you don't even know requests you to deposit a check— sometimes even for several thousand dollars, and commonly for more than you are owed — and send some of the money to another person. The scammers always have aamazing story to explain why you can't keep all the money.https://www.bustathief.com/check-fraud-check-scams/ can be visited for detailed information about check frauds.

To identify a fake check, look for a bank logo and address on the front of the check. If there isn't both a logo and address for the bank, the check is likely fake. Also, testthe check number at the top right-hand corner of the check. If there isn't one, the check is a fake one.

The first thing to check when a buyer enters is to make sure the buyer is a potential buyer. Fake buyers depict as if they are potential buyer but they cannot afford or pay for the product. A good sales man must have an eye to judge the confidence and potency of the buyer. We must check the identity of the unknown buyers with the government officials and the credibility of their checks with the concerned bank just to make sure that we are not a target of a check scam fraud which may cause us to lose our money or product, or even some times our services and time.
