Hiring a Genuine Property Management manager is similar if not the same to hiring workers in other positions, and the more years of experience he/she has the better. Prior experience in a similar role is an important factor to consider. Not to mention, the property manager must have skills, abilities, and expertise to guarantee you of proper property management services.

2. Number of properties you want to be managed.

Many property managers can easily take care of one, two, or three buildings, but when it comes to taking care of many buildings, certain level of experience is needed.  Therefore, a senior property manager will be suitable for the role compared to a junior one.
