For means of identification, people use various ways aside
signature and this is done by leaving a seal on a document. Wax seal (lakzegel) is also a means of verification which
when engraved on a document reveals the identity of the sender. When squeezed
into wax it leaves an engraved impression and is used to put a
complete touch to things.
Wax seal (lakzegel) can be used
on certificates, wedding invitations, crafts, envelope seals and so on. Using
seal on the following leaves an imprint of the sender for the purpose of uniqueness
or confidentiality, and makes it unique, which also shows that only the
recipient has the authority to open it.
There are various wax types, which are available with their
various uses
- Sealing wax.
This wax melts with an oil
burner and can also melt using a spoon placed on the heat. Using powdered
inkpad add uniqueness to this wax seal (lakzegel) by
simply press the seal over the ink cushion before stepping it onto it wax. This
powdered ink makes a more complexity in the plan of your seal.
- Flexible wax sticks.
This can be liquefied by using a
lighter or using an oil burner to melt it. It has this advantage of being
utilized for correspondence because it is adaptable. You can get the various
colors of the flexible wax sticks depending on your choice.
- Traditional wax.
This wax comes with a wick
and to some extent looks like a flame. With a focal wick, it can be lighted and
consume allowing the wax to soften and trickle.
